Radford Hill obtained a BA Degree from the University of the West Indies in 1974. In 1975, he migrated to London, England to continue his legal studies and was admitted into the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Upon completion of his studies at the Bar, he was called to the Degree of an Utter Barrister in 1978. In 1979, Hill returned to Antigua and was admitted to practice at the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court and has been in practice ever since. During that time, he has gained extensive experience in the field of commercial, corporate and investment law, banking, employment law and insurance.

Radford Hill has held a number of prestigious public positions in Antigua and Barbuda, including Chairman of the Industrial Development Board, President of the Industrial Court, Attorney General and Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs.

In 2016, Hill was elected President of the Local Licensed Agents Association of Citizenship by Investment Program.
