Vistra Residency Services Limited is now a licensed agent approved by Aġenzija Kommunità Malta.

Vistra Residency Services Limited (“VRSL”), represented by Dr Alistair Schembri, has been approved by Community Malta Agency (the “Agency”) to act as a licensed agent and is now authorised to introduce new applicants for Maltese Citizenship by Naturalisation for Exceptional Services by Direct Investment under licence number AKM-VIST-21.

VRSL may now guide applicants throughout the whole application process and submit the relevant application packs to the Agency by way of a Power of Attorney.

As an agent, VRSL will be able to assist the prospective applicant along with his/her dependants (if any) in applying for his/her residence permit, which would be issued for 12 or 36 months (depending on the investment the applicant is planning on making).

Once the residence card is issued, further documentation and application forms would be required to be submitted to the Agency as part of the Eligibility application. VRSL would gather the relevant information and documentation for submission on behalf of the prospective applicant.

Should the prospective applicant be found eligible to apply for Maltese citizenship by the Minister, VRSL would be able to submit said application to the Agency at the end of the residency period of the main applicant.

At the Minister’s discretion, the applicant and his/her dependants may be granted Maltese citizenship by naturalisation subject to the fulfillment of certain requirements such as the Exceptional Investment, the Donation and the Property requirements. Our dedicated team at VRSL will be assisting the applicant and ensuring that all conditions are being met accordingly.

Once all conditions have been met, the main applicant and his/her dependants will be invited for the Oath of Allegiance when they will be officially granted Maltese citizenship and when their certificate of Naturalisation will be issued. Dr Alistair Schembri and the relevant team member from VRSL will be accompanying the applicant for the Oath of Allegiance.

Lastly, VRSL would be required to conduct a continuous monitoring on the successful applicants and dependants for the five years following the naturalisation.

VRSL will not only represent the applicant to the Agency but will also assist the applicant with any of his/her Maltese requirements and provide concierge services if needed.
